How do I reset my password?

Go to the Sign In page and click “Forgot password?” to receive a reset link by email.

How do I delete my account?

Visit your Account settings page and scroll to the Danger Zone section, or email us at [email protected].

Can I export my family tree?

Yes — open your tree, go to Settings, and choose Export. We support GEDCOM, JSON, and CSV formats.

Why can't I add more members to my tree?

Lineage is community-supported and has usage limits to manage server costs. Consider sponsoring us to help increase these limits.
